Nursing education is an important part of the Dignity in Adjusting Students program for entry into the nursing profession. The student and teacher concept of the relationship between assessment and learning has remained an under-researched area. Data was collected through a series of group reviews with groups of nursing students, graduates, and teachers. It was revealed that students' learning during the clinical placement was, to a large extent, affected by their awareness of assessment tasks. As a result, they took a surface approach to study and focus on preparing for assessment tasks at the expense of their learning. The systems for reflecting on nursing practices are the ability to consider the activity in order to participate in a coherent learning process. As one definition states, this includes “a careful examination of the pragmatic qualities and assumptions that inform regular activities, analyzing repetitions brilliantly and reflexively. experiences, rather than formal learning or knowledge transfer. Education, assessment and learning, and clinical practice provide clinical attendants with the hypothetical foundations and down-to-earth devices important to be successful as a clinical nursing educator. The hypothesis used to reinforce the act of clinical training is displayed in a clear and understandable manner without effort.
